The Anthony Meindl classes I have been attending have been amazing!!! Really learning a lot; breathing is so important in acting, its amazing how easily it is to hold your breath and not breathe during a scene.
Everything (emotion, feeling) comes from that breath we take. SO Important!!!

I am so happy to be apart of this production. This music video was done for charity and the content in the song is very close to the songwriter's heart; Shokamo.

Audit Class - Anthony Meindl

I had such an amazing night on Monday, auditing the Anthony Meindl class in London. I am definitely signing up and cannot wait to get started. The teaching style is so unique and raw; it really challenges the actor.

Cannot wait to get going with it. Learn learn learn, never stopping to learn. :)
